Session Breakdown
SGT (Small Group Training)
Our core sessions. Built around strength and conditioning principles with a progressive structure. Expect coaching, intensity, and measurable improvement.
GROW
Lower body focused. Glute and hamstring dominant.
This hypertrophy-based session blends single-leg and bilateral movements to build strength, size, and control where it matters most.
Expect volume, tempo, and serious muscle engagement..
BUILD
Upper body focused. Functional bodybuilding at its finest.
This session is all about building strength, shape, and structural balance through controlled volume and focused intent.
Chest, back, shoulders, arms — all trained with precision. All performance, no fluff.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
High-output sessions built to test your engine and movement under fatigue. Think full-body , time-based efforts, and metabolic conditioning.
HYROX / VO2
Performance prep for race-day or just serious work capacity.
• HYROX: Run-efforts, strength conditioning with a hyper focus on our specific hyrox race movements.
• VO2: Intensity-focused, aerobic/anaerobic training blocks
TEAM
Saturday team sessions built for shared effort and team energy. Push harder alongside others and test everything you’ve built all week.
RUN BSC
This is our morning 5/6k to be hit however you like, leaving from and returning to the gym.
YOKED
Saturday AM strength-based strongman session — get strong, get pumped, and build a more resilient frame.
YOGA
Intentional recovery and mobility work to help you move better, train harder, and reduce risk of injury. Part of the process, not an add-on.
OPEN GYM
Time to move at your own pace. Perfect for accessory work, recovery sessions, or catching up on missed programming.
SILVER SESSIONS
Tailored coaching for older adults(over 60’s) who want to train, stay strong, and build functional movement patterns that last.
